Opportunity to play and understand a scrimmage. Golf course etiquette. Let the kids have fun and navigate their own game allowing them to decide if they wanted to pursue this sport.
Relaxed environment for my new golfer to learn and get comfortable. I liked that the players were expected to handle their own equipment and manage the game.
My son had a lot of fun learning more about the game and also having an opportunity to compete. I think a lot of his enjoyment was because of the leadership at the Plainfield West location, especially coach Pete and coach Bill. They care about the kids and work hard to help them develop.

Having the opportunity to practice one night and play 9 holes another day is wonderful. Very little opportunities for our child to participate in playing 9 holes of golf with other children but this allows it! He usually plays with grandparents, dad, etc. but this program is awesome! We had no issues with the course and coach clarence was fantastic. He was incredibly kind to my child, eager to assist and solve anything that came up. He also secured our spot in the mentor group play in Norwalk which was another incredible event.
Good for girls to meet other girl golfers. Learned etiquette. Learned to play here.
The staff was fantastic with the kids. The program was organized and efficient. My son loves this program and looks forward to it every year!
Our coaches were great and my son enjoyed playing for the season!!
The last tournament it was super hot and Pine tree did not provide golf carts to parents, however the course was closed for tournament, so very confusing on why we couldn’t use golf carts when it was SO hot (in 100s) there were no bathrooms or water fill stations on any of the golf course, do not want to play at pine tree again!!! It was a terrible experience!!
We enjoy the opportunity for our kids to not just play golf, but play on a golf team. We also absolutely love Coach Lisa.
My child enjoyed the experience and wants to continue.
