I like that it’s a flexible program. I wish there was a little more one-on-one instruction, but with our child still being young this setup has been fine.
It's a great way to introduce, or accentuate the knowledge of, your child to the game of golf with an outside voice that you can trust. Our coach, Gavin Vegas, is outstanding with children and keeps it fun and interesting while passing along a multitude of golf and life skills.

Tele does an excellent job putting together the tournaments and practices. You can tell he enjoys it and cares. For me, that’s all I need to see to have my boy keep participating.
Having the kids compete, and play as a team, is a great concept to make it easier for kids of all skill sets to participate.
One thing I’d love to hear or know, is if there is opportunity for personal/individual lessons outside of the program for my boy. Or by being a part of the program, is that a perk that could be included?
The PGA Jr. League program through the Country Club of Pittsfield is an excellent program. Thomas Sennett, PGA and Avery Manzolini worked hard to not only provide instruction to improve their game but made the effort to reach out to surrounding country clubs to provide the kids the chance to play other courses which was a big hit.

Polson has the best pga jr. league, Cameron and John do an incredible job running the program, it’s well organized and the kids love it.

It was a good program; practices were often canceled for our team and where we originally signed up ended up not having a team so we got moved to a different time/day/course that didn’t work as well. The cost was also a little higher than I would expect. It should at least include youth on course.
I loved the actual match play. It allowed my daughter to feel what it’s like to actually play real competitive golf. Often times in youth sports, it’s so far from the real thing that you end up thinking your kid really loves the sport but find out years later when things ramp up that they do not. The format, schedule, and seriousness allowed me to identify that my daughter truly does love golf and wants to continue this passionately.
