A place for golf in a team setting that is the next generation.
The scrabble play
We had a blast! We made a lot of new friends and really enjoyed the golf format. This is a must for Jr. golfers.
Provides a great golf enviroment with friendly competetion among teams . Kids make new friends and learn how to work as a team to win
Our Coaches were great, kids got instructed range time and then time on the course
Would recommend!
My 8 year old daughter loved it. She liked riding around in the cart, the competition, the uniforms. It was a great experience for her.
My son has such a great experience. This was his first time playing PGA Jr. League.
I likes the teaching environment and experiences my child had.
This is such an amazing program for kids 13 or under! I love that the matches are two person best ball.
Mike and his team were excellent and the kids left wanting to play more golf
Everything!
I think a few coaching sessions with drills during the season would be a great add on!
Love our instructor!
A chill program to learn skills and connect with local youth golf players
Wonderful program for junior girls and boys that really helps children understand the game and it’s principles. Junior PGA coaches are wonderful people who are truly advancing the game to all ages.
I like the format, the team building. I think it would be helpful to better match teams of similar age ranges and abilities... our 13 year old has ended up playing against a lot of 8 and 9 year olds over past 2 years because the other teams in the group are much younger... it would make it a lot more fun to be more competitive.
I have kids at different ages and levels. I like that it’s one practice for them all.
No stress was to learn golf
We loved our coach and the personal coaching experience and the practice against similar ages and skills.
A fun and instructional way to introduce kids to competitive golf.
This is a great program - not only to learn and enhance playing skills, but also the mechanics of the game. It's an incredible opportunity to meet and play with others around the same age.
Great experience into competitive golf. The team play format really boded well with my son. Now he is playing on his school's golf team.
The tournament style experience and Allstars for my daughter.
It's a good way for young players to know where they're at in the game and develop their skills. It's organized and easy access in our area.
The format is fun
Would like to see more teams an less kids per team
We’ve had a great experience with PGA Jr. League. We love that it gives kids a fun, supportive way to learn golf, improve their skills, and be part of a team. The coaches have been wonderful, and First name removed really enjoys participating.
We really enjoyed the team aspect. And we enjoyed watching our son (who is on the older end of the age range of players and a great player) coach up and encourage his younger teammates. This is something he has picked up from the older players who helped him when he started the PGA Jr. League and something he picked up from the college players who worked with his team.
Love the coach, love that it focuses on fun as well as skill building. My son has stuck with it for several years because of these 2 reasons. And he's become an amazing golfer in the meantime.
My son said it was fun to play golf with friends. It was a great group.

The pga junior league is a priceless commodity for any community to have. Especially when you have a staff like the ones at Nevel Meade golf course. What a great opportunity for kids to learn and help grow the game of golf, and also create lifelong friendships while doing so. Great work!
