I smelled a gas leak and Rymes sent out worker in a hour. He found the leak and put temporary tanks to keep my family warm. All these were done in one day after 20 inches of snow falling the previous night.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but, since you asked, let me mention that the driver, instead of reinstalling the lock pin for the propane tower hatch, left it lying in the snow.

My only complaint is that the website sucks! The first time I used it didn’t allow online delivery ordering. I had to call the local office every time I needed propane. It was finally fixed and I could order fuel but in one month’s time it stopped working. It is still not working and I spent over an hour on hold on the phone only to find out my online order wasn’t processed. Fix it and people spend less time on the phone with your agents.
I've used Rymes for 20 years. I don't use a ton of propane but when it's close to empty, I contact Rymes and it is soon filled with no fuss or hassle.
Drivers are excellent!
