I love the team in North Conway. Andrea is an ace and I would say and hope you feel a real asset to you company. I'm new to using you this year after being recommended by my neighbor. I have used your no conway team here namely Steve and Tyler for the installation of propane tanks at one of my houses and cleaning and maintenance of an oil burner at another house.

I would say be very careful as you keep growing and please don't get rid of your no conway team.. I notice you took away the ability to contact them directly and now need to use the 800 number. Management to you directly- don't screw up like Eastern propane did who has great techs but the management wants to reduce cost and customer service goes down the drain. Be very careful we're watching.
