I do not care for your new portal to order online. I don't find it very user friendly. I don't like that I can't get a copy of my delivery receipt on the portal, can't tell when the delivery will take place. It is just not as user friendly as the previous portal to order fuel online.

I appreciate the timely email offering support for and speaking directly about the changes that I also noted on what seemed like suddenly ‘low’ tank levels. I’d welcome not having a paper copy/envelope left on my outdoor porch that blows around for a few days before I see it: just send the invoice via email and save the natural resources (says the customer who is burning LP fuel….). Thanks!
