Usually delivery is done within 2 or 3 day fro the time you order eve if the stimated time is 7 to 10 days , and surprisingly my deliveries has been done as earlier than 7 am

In March we ran out of propane and of all winters, the coldest! We have been set up for many years for automatic delivery. For some reason the transponder on our tank was not working and showed 80% level. Upon looking at our account on line, our last delivery was at the beginning of Dec. I called the service number and the woman asked if I was out or think I was out.... how to respond to that. Anyway she was not sure she could have a driver to deliver tonight. I explained I have a 75 year old senior living here and needed heat. She put me on hold then came back and told me the drivers name and he would be there but could not give me a time frame. Not even an hour later the driver packed in the yard, filled the tank, came to the door and said he needed to do a pressure test before we could use it. He came back , told us we could use the furnace. He asked if e had any pilots that needed to be lit and he would be more than happy to do this. Our furnace was electronic ignition but the fireplace in the living room had a pilot. At first my husband said no but the driver said let me do it so you don't need to get down on the floor. Thank you Mr. Driver Dan! Customer service is always happy to help either with a question but also explains the programs upon annual renewal plans.

I called needing propane cause I waited way too long. That was Friday, they were at my house on Tuesday. Cant thank them enough for the speedy service
Both of us are very happy to be with Rymes propane and oil since we joined your company, however during this very cold spell we were advised to place a delivery for oil if needed at around 30% so I did. Two weeks later we did not receive a delivery so I and my husband both spent well over three hours on hold trying to find any information on a delivery, when we were able to talk to someone all that was said was they are watching our readings. By now our reading was down to 27% and no time given as to when we were going to get oil. Now I had to cut back on heat to save on oil, as we have a cape house and every room is separate with no air flow which makes it harder to heat. The following week we finally got oil but we should have been notified that we were on the schedule for delivery even if through email.
My only suggestion would be is to be like other companies and rather than keeping customers on hold for a very extended period of time is to do call backs and return their calls when able. Being on hold for hours at a time as I'm many folks were and not talking to anyone was extremely frustrating. Hopefully that will not happen again.
