The only thing wrong with your company is the phone service. When I call, I want to talk to the people I know and deal with. Always waiting on a call back from someone who has no clue about me or my situation.

I think they work to keep prices as low as possible. They inform me when bad weather may cause outages so that I can be prepared with alternative sources since I am medically dependent on power.

I never worry about my propane gas running out….I have an automatic delivery when my tank is about 20% full…and the billing payment process on line is simple….I also like the personnel in the office, very friendly and very knowledgeable.
