I like your product your people are very professional.
The only problem. I have called and I have been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up. You need to have more people in the offices and not a call center that has no idea what you are talking about . Or what you need.

The phone is not very good, you can't talk to local people to meet your request. You have to travel to get your needs met. The computor is as friendly as it can be. When ordering on line it missed mine.
I will try again someday. The man just said he saw where i ordered but it did not go thru.
We have no complaints, so far everything has been good. Keep up the good work!

Convenience of ordering gas
We’ve never given out of gas during the past 21 years. Plus real live people answer the phone when you call.
I am very pleased with the service from Freeman Gas. One area that needs improvement is phone service. We are on automatic take observation and fill when the take gets to 10%.
When I called to check on the status of delivery, it took over 45 minutes to speak to a representative. That is way too long - even when recognizing the bad weather.
Again, I am very pleased with the service we have received over the years.
