I really enjoy your install experts who come out to fill our gas. I really don't understand why you don't schedule them to do both gas tanks at the same time. That is confusing and frustrating for us homeowners. It also puts your drivers in a tough spot. Homeowners get frustrated with them when it isn't their fault. You should really fix this problem.

I just took over propane service and the previous owners had left tank completely empty and unconnected resulting water in the line. The service individual went that extra mile to get a very timely propane delivery so he would be able to clean up reconnect the line. Very well done and much appreciated.

You were quick to deliver, especially for a 96-year-old senior citizen, lady, Mom. You probably put seniors first, especially 90+-year-olds.. I imagine you do. In this case, you made another senior citizen almost a Centurion feel very safe and secure. It makes a big difference in that person‘s life. You do this every day without anyone mentioning. I’m mentioning it because as this is very much appreciated. God sees it. That’s all that matters. I will continue being your customer as long as I can.
