We reached out to Freeman Gas for installation in new construction. They responded immediately and within two weeks we had a site visit from one of their agents. We asked two other companies for quotes that did not follow through. So weird. Ameri-gas charged us $280 for a site visit, quoted us over $6K and the agent who walked the site with my GC did not even know what he was talking about. Freeman its professional, responsive and very fair in their pricing. We look forward to these qualities enduring as they provide gas service through the years. Thank you Freeman!

We have been a Freeman Gas customer for as long as I can remember. We depend on your customer service. We have three gas fireplaces, a hot water on demand system, an outdoor grill supplied by our gas system and a porch heater that you have maintained for us. Please keep up your good work!

The technician who came out for our safety inspection really knew everything about propane and our fireplace. He was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I am new to propane fireplaces.
Before he left he had already scheduled my delivery to fill up the tank. Delivery was on time and easy. The office is close to my new house or I can pay online thru the portal.
I have been a customer for over 15 years and have received great customer service starting from professional interactions with the administrative staff to all delivery personnel. I had a recent problem after hours and Mr. Cook quickly responded and resolved my issue. I was grateful and thankful to have minimal interruption in service. Gas prices are competitive and delivery services are prompt.

When I ordered my propane it was here in just a few days.. and good prices... also texted me with every step ... like delivery the next day texts ... and complete details of the amount of lbs delivered as well as the driver called me stating he was a few minutes away (I have a large dog and they have that information on file since telling them everything) .. the driver was very nice and quick
