I have been a customer of Gas Inc since 2007. When I need gas - they arrive in a timely manner and are very professional. I am on a "when needed" schedule which works perfect for me. I prepay for my request gas, and I do not even have to be home for my delivery. Their prices are competitive and customer service is outstanding.

I have always loved how if any time I needed anything I could just ask and was always provided help by Jared Mclean he was a outstanding employee,and worked night and day to complete all necessary tasks,I don't know how someone as lowel and devoted as he was for so many years could be fired for a remark a jealous person made
I am appreciative that the technician came out so quickly after I reported the leak, but the technician did not let me know that they fixed the leak. When the fire department left, they left the tank cover open. After an 30-60 minutes of waiting for the technician, so I looked outside and the cover was closed. That was how I learned the leak had been fixed.

Superior has installed a remote level indicator on our tanks (3) so they know when to out.
I ran out of gas as an automatic customer. When I called Freeman Directly, they had someone come out that evening and within an hour they filled my tank. This is the kind of service Freeman has always provided when they were an independent company. Hopefully Superior is adopting their practices moving forward.

Easy to schedule and the delivery was fast.
When I ordered my propane it was here in just a few days.. and good prices... also texted me with every step ... like delivery the next day texts ... and complete details of the amount of lbs delivered as well as the driver called me stating he was a few minutes away (I have a large dog and they have that information on file since telling them everything) .. the driver was very nice and quick
Getting our tank filled up was a lot easier now than it was last winter. Hope the service continues.
