I just experienced excellent customer service! My gas propane tank had a faulty gauge and ran out of gas after hours. I called Superior (my normal supplier) and was given amazing attention and service. A truck was at my door the next morning (12 hours later) and filled my tank!! The service technicians, after hours call people and business hour office representative made this happen seamlessly as a team.

Why do you send an email asking how we like Freeman Gas and would we refer people to you, when you changed your name to Superior Gas? You need to change the name on the survey. This is very confusing and if I was to refer someone to Freeman, would they be able to find your company? This is going on two years now - and which is it? Freeman or Superior?
Who is in charge of your marketing and advertising. They need to get this straightened out.

The Gas company Technician Mr. Chris was excellent overall. He was timely in his arrival to my house, very knowledgeable of my gas heater system, thorough in cleaning/lighting the pilot, gave very helpful instructions/recommendations to me in use/maintaining my gas heater's safety/efficiency, He also was very patient with my questions, and was in-depth in his answers to my questions.
