Great customer service and support. Freeman routinely checks my fuel levels and refills the tank whenever they are making a neighborhood delivery. They coordinated closely with my builder for installation and service of gas appliances and the fuel tank during my build. Overall, I could not be more pleased, as every interaction with the company and its employees has been exceptionally positive.

Billing is prompt and efficient and they automatically charge my card and they keep the gas tank full all the time so I never run out. Also, customer service has been very responsive when I had an emergency they’ve sent somebody over almost immediately. Good company. Thank you very much.

Great staff and the service techs are outstanding. One issue was that I had ordered a propane ventless stove and it took 3 months to finally get it installed. They had to get it from another store and it was delayed several times. When it was delivered, it had the wrong remote. Hopefully that does not take too long. Can still operate it but the remote makes it far easier. But, it is now installed and hooked up to the propane and works great.
Exceptional service!
The employees at Freeman Gas have always been extremely nice and informative. We had a gas fireplace installed and the technician was excellent. If I have a need for a tank refill before my scheduled tank refill time, they always come out within a very reasonable period of time. I would highly recommend Freeman Gas.
