I really don't know much about your company to pass judgment when it's the first feedback and I haven't even gotten gas from you yet. But your service man that came out to check the tank and all the lines was very professional,very nice guy. I really don't see us having a problem unless when it gets super cold I get price gouged which isn't a good thing to hit customers with when they're struggling to pay the bills.if that happens I will drop you and then I'm going to go all electric in this house and do away with gas. Sorry to be so blunt but we all got to live and pay bills but don't need to be in debt over utility bills. For some reason where I live gas companies have a tendency to overcharge I guess because we are not considered to be in real houses. But it's my home and have been living here for 8 years.
Made a call for service and changed credit card . Within a few days my tank was filled and bill was listed !!! Great job !!!

The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They were prompt and did everything in a timely manner. Our technician Don was very nice and explained everything to us He did a great job and was a pleasure to have him working at our house.
Everyone we encountered was personable and professional. However, there seems to be a lot of issues on the administrative end where communicating directions to our house was a huge issue. One problem was the address. Our address is 261 Stack Rock Trail and NOT 176 Stack Rock Trail. Directions to the upper driveway didn't translate either, but working with the delivery truck driver that was sorted out and future deliveries should be straight forward. The invoice has Name removed and although he requested that both of us are on the account, my name is missing from the invoice I paid.

First of all, they are very nice and honest because I thought I needed second tank, but one of a representative explained to me that I don’t need second tank so I saved some money and two gentlemen came to our house. Inspected gas leaking stuff. They are so kind explain to me what I asked them. And also a delivery man drove up to my place. His drive skill was excellent. .
