I have never had any problems with service or billing. Freeman has always been my provider for 25+ years. Very polite and understanding... I have watched and listened to their customer service as they explain and assist customers at the service counter. We as customers have to do our part if you need service by realizing we are not their only customer so, they may not get right out, but they definitely get to you as soon as they can.

I am pleased with the electronic monitoring of the tank contents. I was notified after the delivery was made. There are no obstacles in accessing the tank, but it would have been nice to receive advance notice of a pending delivery. This is not a problem, only a courteous request.

I really don't know much about your company to pass judgment when it's the first feedback and I haven't even gotten gas from you yet. But your service man that came out to check the tank and all the lines was very professional,very nice guy. I really don't see us having a problem unless when it gets super cold I get price gouged which isn't a good thing to hit customers with when they're struggling to pay the bills.if that happens I will drop you and then I'm going to go all electric in this house and do away with gas. Sorry to be so blunt but we all got to live and pay bills but don't need to be in debt over utility bills. For some reason where I live gas companies have a tendency to overcharge I guess because we are not considered to be in real houses. But it's my home and have been living here for 8 years.
Made a call for service and changed credit card . Within a few days my tank was filled and bill was listed !!! Great job !!!
