The installer was very kind and helpful. The gentleman filling our tank was also very kind and helpful. Each of the ladies I have spoken to on the phone has been very helpful and friendly. There was a misunderstanding about the time of gas delivery, but that was handled very well, and they came out quickly. Great service. Thank you everyone!
I appreciate that I do not have to call for service. It's very helpful to be an auto-fill system for the tank that handles our home.
A large tank that we have connected to our whole-house generator cannot be handled in the same manner. I was told that's because the use is so seldom and irregular. We have to check the gauge and call for a refill when we see it's needed.
