The service at Somerset Don Franklin is always second to non. I have worked with Tyler several times and he always performs top notch with a positive attitude. I ended up conducting the oil consumption program for my 2016 Kia Soul 2.0l. Tyler kept me updated along the way and had a wealth of information. He was able to give me piece of mind throughout the process. I ended up needing an engine replacement and Tyler kept me informed of the process without being overbearing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond. Ryan Sutherland from Don Franklin Somerset was great. He really did a great job with helping us find what we wanted. We tried the Don Franklin in Lexington ky but they were not as helpful and the car my son wanted was in Somerset so we chose to just drive almost two hours away instead.

chad was my advisor. i appeared on last minute scheduling for an oil change, and in addition to it being last minute in the afternoon, the team had the multi-point inspection, tire rotation and oil change done very very quickly. for them it was already a packed day and i got amazing consideration. i had my dog with me and was able to roam with him while they did the work; i was shocked a person from the back walked over to where i was to offer my dog water, talked for a moment, and even more shocked chad walked out to the back of the lot where my dog and i were located to discuss the inspection report and also update me on progress. the exit process was incredible and the cashier, a fellow dog owner, was great to talk with after my car was complete, when most people would be in a hurry to see you leave. all of my special requests during the brief service visit were also completed. i truly dislike surveys, i know why they exist and i never do them; good or bad. this is an exception i make probably two times a year. great job everyone!
