I appreciate the thoroughness in the maintenance of my car, and cleanness of the Don Franklin Somerset, KY facility, friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they are. Not once have I ever been treated badly because I'm a single woman. Far too many auto businesses have taken advantage of women without a man, sales in maintenance that were unnecessary but taking advantage of a lack of knowledge about mechanics. Don Franklin has NEVER done that to me and I greatly appreciate it. They patiently explain what I need to know, and answer my questions.
It's the reason I drive an hour to have my car maintenance taken care of.

Everyone is professional and friendly. They took my car in at my appointment time and went over with me what they were going to do. It was ready when promised, and they even honored a coupon when the condition has not been met. Very kind!
