Service personnel very good about keeping you updated about what is going on if you have long wait.

Having to wait for over four months for a couple of parts is ridiculous. I use my car every day to drive my husband to appointment for drs., dialysis etc.
I would be in a lot of trouble if my car couldn’t be driven for over 4 months.

I took my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado in with transmission problems. They flushed and clean the system as recommended and added an additive. I’ve had no problem since.

Kyle is amazing. We will continue doing all of our business with Don Franklin solely because of him. He’s by far the best salesman we’ve ever encountered, and made the transition smooth. We love the bi-weekly payment option, and how it has Gap insurance factored into it.

Don Franklins service department in Somerset is very good and employees are very friendly and helpful! When I call for an appointment I can get in quickly and out pretty quick depends on what they are doing with my vehicle. I had a faulty weather strip seal on my back hatch on 2024 Tahoe and they replaced it under warranty. So far so good!!
