Your services department sucks I use to have a truck it was a 2011.fx4 it was a 150xlt sometimes it would start in the morning and sometimes it would not start at all so I took it to you people there at your services department to see what they could find out why it was doing that and your people there at the services department they could not find the problem that I was having with it so what i did then I took it to the Ford in Corbin they worked on it for a long time and they FIX it with no problem and you people here in London could not even do that for me.

They won't let us walk away without a deal. The service of the vehicle is always good and waiting room is comfortable with free coffee . Check out is easy and we are always happy on our way out.

Fast and sufficient. I wish they’d go back to taking it through their car wash. I don’t know why they never wash it any more. Also, I wish they’d cover the drivers floor mat because somebody there has very dirty shoe bottoms.
Set up appointment dropped truck off and picked it up later in the afternoon. But I noticed the iam going to call it a beauty cover is missing on top of the engine not sure what happened their
