Jennifer, the associate that usually takes care of me, is the best! She is always so kind and helpful and I appreciate her so much. The rest of the shop staff that I have come in contact are very nice too.

I know when I leave the service department that my vehicle has been checked and checked so I feel safe driving! They check everything and let you know what your vehicle needs and a BIG plus is they hire trained mechanics to work on your vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I value the staff and people working at Don Franklin Nissan. On this particular visit, I worked with Tanner and he continues to do his best to ensure that my vehicle is safe and in a better condition. He took his time to investigate the reasons my vehicle/tires continued to screech despite being serviced a few days ago. Everyone at Don Franklin is kind and welcoming.
