I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my experience with Don Franklin. We have leased 2 Nissan Rogues and a Buick Encore GX. The lease/purchasing process was smooth and easy and our service visits have been very positive as well.

The service staff is really nice and so are the salespeople that you might encounter while waiting on your car getting serviced. Also the older African American man that sometimes puts the plastic on your car in service is really nice. Always greeted with a friendly hello.
