The service department is great. They have done everything to fix any issues I’ve had. Jena has been very responsive and helpful with all the issues I’ve had. I have been very disappointed with the 2019 Cadillac XT5 and will be looking into purchasing a replacement. My sales person Tanner has been very helpful also so I will be contacting him soon.
