The young man who waited on me was honest and sincere. He called in a tech when he needed support. When I picked up the bike, he and the tech went over everything with me.

Too many bike shops have arrogant salesmen who make me feel inferior. I was impressed with the vibe at Freewheel and will definitely recommend this store. Thanks for a great experience!
