Freewheel has always been a step above the rest of the bike shops in the area. You're always greeted at the door, someone will ask what you're looking for quickly and then dedicate themselves to helping you. Good service like that is a lost art for many businesses. Another great thing about Freewheel is the Fantatics discount. I just bought a trainer bike from Freewheel Eagan and that membership discount saved me hundreds I wasn't expecting to save.
