Freewheel has consistently been a “go-to” local bike shop for me. They have great inventory, and the team loves bikes. They are well informed to help me make decisions and are very welcoming. I’ve bought a number of bikes at Freewheel (n+1), and continually browsing for something new. My last trip in, I picked up a Wahoo Smart Trainer to start my Zwift journey, and while I didn’t know much about how everything worked together, I was quickly educated about how to get set up.

I like the fact that they recognized that my bike was heavier than the manufacture recommended use. So they encourage me to purchase the appropriate product so that I wasn't disappointed later.
