I worked with Marcy at the Eagan store after purchasing a bike at the Woodbury location. I have a wrist injury from a car accident that requires accommodations and she listened, understood what I was dealing with, helped me find the right size bike for my needs, and helped me get it tuned in so that it was optimally comfortable. I wish I had seen her to begin with because it was a completely different experience than I had with the Woodbury store.

Bikes are great, and excellent service and repair.

I stopped in to have a tire checked - they were able to quickly determine the valve stem was loose. After tightening it up the slow leak resolved.
I also shopped gravel bikes - Marcy was so helpful in asking questions that allowed me to narrow down options and set priorities for what I want in a new bike.

She showed me how to change gears on a drop bar bike and went above and beyond to help me pick between two different size bikes. Whatever she's making, she deserves a raise!!
