This was my first time in the shop (after my bike shop of 30+ years closed). The people were extremely friendly and helpful. I needed a new tire after picking up a 3 inch screw. The service people replaced the tire in very quick time, and I can keep riding. I am so glad to find this shop!
Folks at the counter were willing work with me thru some sale requests, and I was able to leave with a substantial amount of goodies. It was appreciated and am always happy to utilize Freewheel.

Always has what I need
You sell bikes. Having said that when I buy one of said for sale bikes at the total cost of $2800 I feel it is well within the expected service delivery (aka buying experience) to include adjusting the saddle height to ensure a proper fit. Yeah, it is the details of service delivery that determine repeat patronage. You are lucky that I have been shopping freewheel since 1990 when Marcy worked at the Seward store. Do better with the details as patronage in a competitive market is NOT guaranteed.

Purchased an Orbea Oiz back in 2020. I brought he bike in for a tune up and they discovered up shock mount bolt was stripped.Tyson and Tom advocated for a warranty replacement on the frame from Orbea. They both kept the pressure on Orbea so I could get back to riding. Once they received the frame replacement, they turned the bike around in a few days. Glad Freewheel still has the local bike shop feel to it and supports their customers.
