Pete helped me pick out a bike. He said he is normally a technician at another location but was still extremely knowledgeable. He was very helpful and informative when selling me my bike. He let me take a test drive and made me feel confident and comfortable picking out accompanying gear for my new bike. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or take advantage of my naivete when it comes to bikes. I was very happy with my visit and will be back in the future for more gear and tune ups!

They were accommodating with regard to setting a schedule for drop off and pick that worked with my situation, which was very helpful in reducing unnecessary driving. I haven't done a completed survey, but it seems that the shop in Bloomington is one of the best in the metro area with regard to knowledge regarding recumbent trikes. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who needs some work done on their bike or trike!
