The service to repair a flat tire was quick and informative. The service rep explained and showed us what was the problem was and then fixed the flat tire.

Your service tech (Matt or Nick) took time to educate me and walk me through his observations and presented a couple options for service. I felt like the recommendations came from their extensive experience and that I was not being oversold or pressured. I left with the parts I needed and the tools to do the work at home. Freewheel's support for DIYers is a big part of what keeps me coming back to the shops.

We have a trek recumbent tandem E bike. Kind of a unicorn. We drove in with a bike on a trailer with a flat tire. Your staff immediately amounted the bike up, replaced the tire, tightened the chain and adjusted the brakes all while we went and ate. The bill for the bike was cheaper than the bill for lunch. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

I went to three Freewheel locations in one day in search of a clearance bike I saw online. With the help of multiple employees, I ultimately purchased a different bike that better suited my riding style/goals. Inventory at all locations was great and every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up having a fantastic technical conversation about my bike with Mike Weiss at the Bloomington location. He is incredibly well versed in servicing bicycles and at this point he’s the one I want working on my bike. My entire experience that day was positive. Freewheel will be on the top of my list for all of my future biking needs. Thank you all!

The young gentleman with short reddish blonde hair who is a service tech at the Bloomington location is amazing. I'm really bummed I don't know his name. Seriously though every time I've come in seeking guidance I'm hoping to talk to him. His depth of knowledge is impressive. He deserves a raise!!

I really appreciate how helpful and attentive the mechanics are... they listen carefully and work with me to create the best solutions for my needs. The store support is also excellent; there’s always someone available to help, and I never feel forgotten once I walk in. The overall selection of items in-store is great, making it easy to find what I need. And the Fanatics Club is an especially awesome value; the discounts on replacement parts and the savings across the board make it something I highly recommend.

The staff at Freewheel-Bloomington couldn't have been more helpful! Sales agent First name removed told me about Trek bikes and showed me the model that was 50% off!! The Verve 3 was assembled in 3 days and was delivered to my house in Richfield! This is the best bike I've ever owned. Hats off to First name removed and Mario!

Mike at the Bloomington store is an empathetic and patient bike wizard. He approaches every customer with enthusiasm and quickly learns how to service their needs. His knowledge of bikes and willingness to share that knowledge is matched only by his ability to understand and care for customers. It’s hard to compare the services at Freewheel stores to other bike stores since I have never experienced a situation where Freewheel did not meet my needs and often exceed my expectations.

Showed up 5 minutes before close just to get eyes on a bike I saw online. Chad and the boys still took the time to fit some pedals on so I could test ride it. Thanks to their kindness and taking time out of their day I bought the bike and they set it all up for me. Before I was at the Bloomington location, I was at the Eagan location and their were super helpful and knew some of the local customers by name. I would definitely return and recommend these stores.
