First of all--they had the two bikes I was interested in buying available to test drive--which is rare right now. Tim and Chris were very helpful and knowledgeable. And they got my bike all set up to take home very quickly. I also appreciate the price guarantee and the 100 mile free check up.

The associates are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Tyler took the time to answer my questions about an ongoing issue with flat tires and why I was having challenges getting the front wheel re-installed.

We have been a faithful customer of Penn Cycle/Freewheel- going back decades and it still remains the friendliest bike shop in the twin cities. We were lucky to work with Chris who is incredibly knowledgeable about recumbent trikes and all the adjustments possible for a great fit. He kept me well informed on my bike order and quickly assembled it so that I could enjoy riding it during some early spring days. This has always been our neighborhood bike shop but now we are lucky to be so close to one of the premier bike shops in town.
