I called and spoke to Tim to see if the bike I wanted was in stock and built. He was extremely helpful and professional. I called on Tuesday and he said he could get my bike built by Thursday but I was surprised to get a call Tuesday night that it was all ready to go, so fast! So I picked it up Wednesday night and again he was very professional and quick service. Also a great selection of products if you want to add to your bike.
