Amazing service. I hadn’t been in one of their shops before and I was totally impressed! The young man that helped me in Eden Prairie was attentive, polite and informative. He sold me on a Trek bike that met my needs. They didn't have my size in stock so he connected with the Bloomington shop and found my size. I went to Bloomington, they were aware I was coming and sold me a bike with a few nice accessories that I would have never considered.

So great to experience high quality "in-person" service.

I have a tandem, recumbent electric Terra trike and the only people I trust to work on it is freewheel. They are always friendly, quick and highly competent.

I just bought an X-LAB RS7. John was great and was very communicative with my shipment and packing process. Overall great experience from them and the bike came in only 6 days after ordering it.

I had a great experience with Freewheel! The pedal on my bike was coming off and they were able to replace the crank arm for me in less than two days. Pricing was very fair as well. Overall will be coming back for any other bike related issues.
