I had great service and advice from Chad Burma and the mechanic, Mike, at the Bloomington Freewheel. No better experience from any other bike shop in the twin cities. I've always been a Freewheel Bike customer as the aloofness of other bike shops is definitely not part of my experience here.

Brought in a true project. Transforming an old hard tail mtb. Into a drop bar gravel bike. Having to make road/gravel components work on a mtb. Is no small task. The service guys had it done in less than a week. Thanks to MN winter I’ve only gotten one short ride on it so far. Looking at it every day anticipating many long rides this summer.

It’s always so nice to come back to the store for us because it reminds us of being young in our relationship!! Great memories before kids and all. We stopped at mugshots ☕️ for a fun coffee date afterwards and both said how we’ll have to stop in more! Definitely will have to meet up out to Murphy or Leb this season!

There is someone there who knows everything there is to know about a particular bike I might want to buy, and explain diffeences in models. On the service side, it may be their crowning glory - double all the good mentoned for sales dept. On big jobs, you get a written estimate.
