The person that greeted me was a young man with Sandy blonde hair, who was working in the back. Probably in his late teens or early 20s and he was very upbeat and kind and helpful.

My bike had a brake issue and the staff readily assessed the issue and fixed it on the spot since they were not busy at the time. Also helping out since I was leaving for a 5 day bike trip in a week. Very appreciative of the great customer service and highly recommend this site.

The care taken to do any repair work very well. My only recommendation would be a general wipe down of any grease or dirt that resulted from the repair. That would be considered wonderful and exceptional service
