To preface, I haven’t owned a bike in almost 10 years, I was approved for the MN rebate, and came to test ride at the Bloomington location but decided on a style that had only one available left in the whole inventory. They called the other location, had them hold it for me, and I was able to snag the last one! They assembled the bike for me a day later, and gave me a discount on any accessories I got at the time of the bike purchase too. Still awaiting some of the accessories, (front and rear bike basket), but so far the bike has been a smooth and fun ride. Overall I really enjoyed my experience, will definitely come back should I ever need assistance in the future.

John is a wealth of information and passionate about bicycling. I appreciated the time he took with me to answer my questions.
