You have great service, and you also carry very high quality recumbent products. I switched from a "regular" diamond frame mountain bike to a two wheeled recumbent bike in 2000. In 2006 I had the good fortune to switch to a recumbent trike. I've tried trikes from the least expensive to one of the most expensive manufactures since then, and the one constant is that all of those trikes were more comfortable and more fun to ride that any two wheeled bike I ever owned (I'm 74). Chris (aka "the Bent Guy) ("Bent" = short for recumbent) is passionate about the wonderful line of recumbent trikes carried by Freewheel, and is one of the most knowledgeable and accommodating retail professionals I've ever encountered! If you want to have fun and be outside, and let your body get exercise and soak up some good vibes you should get a recumbent trike! Freewheel on Old Shakopee Road is where you can find Chris, and get some great information regarding recumbent trikes. Forget about the Tour de France, and consider what the improved ergonomics recumbent trikes can offer for your current and future healthy living choices!

Mike did a great job servicing both our bikes.

I brought in a packaged bike, and Mike was so gracious, clear, knowledgeable, and transparent about the whole process! He made sure all my questions were answered, and he went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't overcharged. What's more, he was able to assemble the bike with an initial tune-up within about 2.5 hours while having other bikes to work on! When I came to pick up the bike, he again made sure all my questions were answered. As the bike was for my son, John was there and made sure the geometry was perfect for him! Chris, the manager, had talked with me for several weeks about the best way to go about getting and assembling the bike. The whole team is fantastic, and I can't wait to go back!!
