I bring all my bikes to Freewheel in Bloomington for service. All the staff there are great. I brought a bike in the other day to have it serviced before my son started racing it. It was a bike I put together. They took a look at it to see what might needed to be done. What they could have done is taken the bike and charged me for the service plan I requested. Instead, they looked the bike over in the shop and said nothing was needed. I appreciated the honesty and the bike check. It’s a great store and shop.

Very friendly environment, not intimidating for people not knowing to much about bikes. No rush full attention and dedication when shopping.
