There is someone there who knows everything there is to know about a particular bike I might want to buy, and explain diffeences in models. On the service side, it may be their crowning glory - double all the good mentoned for sales dept. On big jobs, you get a written estimate.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Selection of recumbent trikes is amazing. Kept me informed on the status of my custom trike order and once they received it they promptly readied it for me to pick up. Final fitting was done and all the electronics were explained before I left the shop. Glad to have a friendly bike shop so close by.

I came in yesterday and I was helped very well by a gentleman that worked in the service area. He taught me a lot! Although he wasn’t able to work on the bike hub that I had, he gave me a lot of information and alternatives. He also showed me around the store and showed me different bikes that are available. Due to his good customer service and good knowledge of bikes I will be buying a bike from you guys this summer. Thank you very much!

There is a reason that avid cyclists prefer Freewheel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful even for the most obscure requests. I needed a 135mm 29er wheel with quick release. Can't find one used or new online w/o paying ridiculous money. Ask the guys at Freewheel for help. They have a new take-off for a terrific price. The people there have a passion for bikes & it shows. They know bike stuff & yet don't get snobby. Really appreciate them & it is the employees that keep me coming back.

Ordered some boots. There was an issue with the liners. You guys took the original liners out and put the new, and improved ones in. Then put the old ones in the box.
