I was having trouble with my wife's bike. Last week, the bike's tube popped. A repairman from Freewheel put in a new tube while I waited. Unfortunately, the tube popped again one week later due to a rim. issue. However, rather than suggesting a rim replacement, our bike advisor recommended a thicker tube which fixed the issue. In addition, because the tube popped one week after the first one was put in, I was not charged for the new tube or the labor. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes, great job guys!

Familiar with Freewheel over the years having previously used Penn Cycle. On the day in question a different Freewheel location told me about the store.

Just had an outstanding experience at the Store. Staff greeted by pressing the auto door as I wheeled my bike into the Store. I needed a bike part for my Trek Domane. Bloomington store had in stock and yes they were open on July 4th. I met with one of the mechanics Darren and walked him through what was going on. Darren asked some questions and indicated he had some time to work on install and had other duties as well as I was a walk in. Fair enough.

I left the Store and got a text less than a 1/2 hour later that the job was completed. Made my day. Very Pleased ended up getting a ride in that afternoon. Thank you Freewheel!

This is a great shop. The manager shop staff are excellent and will help with simple things (ie. seating the bead on a tubeless tire) without making me feel incompetent or charging me. This is an honest shop, and I trust the service team. Highly recommended.

The TerraTrike is brand new, so I can't report on the product. What I can report on is the incredible customer service provided by Chris Goldschrafe. He answered every question and some we didn't know to ask. He manufactured the TT in-house in a timely manner. We never felt rushed and we didn't feel pressure to make a decision. We expect to visit FreeWheel and Chris in the future.
