You carry Terra Tike products. Mike from service dept helped me find what accessories I was interested in. He gave me prices and told me about joining the club to gain monthly discounts. He me gave me a quote on products I was interested in and explained in detail the how and why of each article.

We've been going to FW in Bloomington
for the past 7ish years. They have always gone above and beyond in educating us with new bikes, parts and maintenance. Our most recent experience was just this week, when my son needed his spokes re-done after a mechanic at our local bike shop did them incorrect. FW took on the challenge and had the wheels back and ready to roll in aboue a week. The line of communication was better than ever!
You folks are VERY FRIENDLY, knowledgeable, easy to work with! I've been going to this location for 30-40 years and have NEVER had any problems with anyone or anything here! Everything always performs perfectly after I pickup or get back whether it's parts or service. Thank you for everything over the years!
