They're highly competent and genuinely committed to excellence to the extent that I trust this Freewheel team in helping me make sound and safe decisions in purchasing and maintaining traditional bikes and e-bikes along with supportive products, such as helmets, bike racks, safety lights, etc.

I went in looking for a Fizik bike saddle, torn between the Aliente and the Argo. Chris, the store manager was extremely helpful, and we talked about bike trails we like to ride on. I’ve got to get over to ride the river bottom after talking with Chris!

Very friendly shop. I enjoy being there. The mechanics explain what they are doing and find out when they assess the bike. And they make recommendations, including " you know the bike looks good, you don't need to do anything." Additionally, they performed some touch-up painting on the lower crank, which was rusting. Very nice.

Tune up was done well, on time, and under estimate.

The dedicated support that the team members offer is the major stand out. I am a beginner in the bike world and appreciate the time and knowledge they are very quick to share - it’s not like that at other bike shops. It is clear that the Freewheel Team is so knowledgeable and talented, and truly think that everyone should be able to be out there on the trails enjoying their bike time.

The staff at Bloomington Freewheelbikes were exceedingly helpful met all of my expectations. You, however posed a trick question, as I no longer have any family in the Metro area, so little audience to talk to. I would, however, heartily recommend you to my friends.

I don’t shop there regularly. I’ve been there a handful of times over the years - first as Penn Cycle and now as Freewheel - but I’ve always, always had very positive experiences.
