15 minutes before closing time, I went into the Woodbury shop with a broken rear derailleur cable. The technician was able to fix it on the spot. I thought that was great, certainly much better than my expectations!

Mike and the Freewheel bike service department are incredible. All parts and labor costs are clearly articulated ahead of time. The team does not pressure you to replace chains and brake pads sooner than necessary - they help you understand how much life remains and they let you decide. 48 hour turnaround in the spring was impressive. Mike even straightened a dent in my shiny aluminum front fender free of charge. That was a nice touch.
