Mike did an awesome job fixing a troubling noise on my bike.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable and resourceful, quick turnaround and reasonable prices. Very happy with the services we received when we needed them! We’ve had them work on an e-bike that’s been self-modified a lot, so it’s not your typical streamlined bike. Other bike shops have turned us away because they either don’t know how to work on it, or didn’t offer service on modified bikes. Then we discovered Freewheel… They have taken it in twice, no problems at all, no push back, just take it in with optimism and they’ve fixed it right up! We've recommended them to friends and family and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for repair.

Brian was awesome to work with; extremely knowledgeable, worked with my schedule to shorten turnaround time for picking up bike to accommodate my travel schedule, took time to do additional fine tuning of handlebars to reduce wrist pressure. He was very patient, friendly & helpful, even loading my bike in my car.

However I can not seem to get a varification e-mail for my sign in. Did it three times. Need a manual! Have no idea how the shift system is supposed to work.
