I had a bike built, with a deposit, and then tested that bike and also different bikes onsite and decided on a bike that was not the original one built for me. The service, the credit on the first bike build, the pricing on the new bike, the set up of the new bike and explanation of the features all went very smoothly and timely. I plan to come back to Freewheel for all my service and would recommend Freewheel to others looking for a new bike.
