I just need help simply putting the tire back on my rim and the associate had no trouble helping me right away. But, then asked if I needed further help and told him that was my first time replacing a tubeless tire we walked me through the steps and helped get me started with the right tools for the job. Will be returning for any future bike maintenance or needs.

Brian was awesome to work with; extremely knowledgeable, worked with my schedule to shorten turnaround time for picking up bike to accommodate my travel schedule, took time to do additional fine tuning of handlebars to reduce wrist pressure.
