I visited my local Freewheel for chain lube and a new chain. My technician there welcomed me to the store, paused what he was doing and discussed chain management with me. We talked about chain wear, how to measure chain wear, and the best way to manage chains to minimize impact on rings and cassettes and maximize chain life. Who does that? Freewheel does that for their cycling customers, that’s who. Thank you!

I needed a star washer to install a fork. The tech that helped me was genuinely nice, and gave me a spare sacrificial bolt for installing it. It was a few cents on top of a $3 part, but just the act of wanting to help really shows the level of service you guys are putting out. I’ve been out of the bike scene for a few years, it’s nice to see Freewheel is putting out suck good service. Thanks!

Excellent customer service. Very responsive from the moment I walked in the door. I have another well known bike shop closer to my home but will drive the extra 5 miles to Freewheel because the service is so much better.
First time visitor to Freewheel. I was greeted quickly and my bike was inspected and a reasonable estimate was provided and the work needed was described. The bike was ready to go within a week. No surprises. I would recommend this bike shop.

Excellent service! Fixed my tire in ~10 minutes and had very reasonable prices. The store was clean and well-organized. The employee who assisted me gave me tips on how to prevent the issue in the future. Will definitely be back for all my bike needs!
