Freewheel provides excellent service. Brought my bike into the Woodbury location this week to replace handle bar grips and for a shifting issue. Mike the mechanic took care of me right away. He even took the time to give me some maintenance tips.

Loved the service. Was looking for a new bike. Chris immediately reached out to assist. After a series of questions, he identified several bikes for me to test ride. He explained the features of each bike, made sure the seat was properly adjusted, and let me test ride each one. His bike selection was spot on and I quickly identified a perfect match. Chris then helped me get the necessary accessories to finish off my purchase, which were all installed when I came back to pick up my bike. There was never any pressure. It was such a great experience. I also appreciated that Freewheel carried Trek. Also liked the 100 mile check up, automatic registration, and discount on future maintenance.
