Just got back into riding after a ten year hiatus this past March 2025. Got a new Domane.
I’ve been to the shop various times for gear, funny noises on my new bike, (which they eliminated, break in period etc)
I’ve also gone in with just questions, as I’m totally a noob. The entire staff are Absoutley phenenomal. They get it, they were noobs at one point too. They never talk down to me, and I’ve had some questions I thought were really dumb, but nope, totally respectful and now I don’t feel dumb asking questions.
This is the only Bike Shop I will go to.

Mike was outstanding while working on solving an unexpected problem with my new bike. He was empathetic, professional, explained everything with candor, and worked as fast as he could to get the bike back on the road and riding well. Despite the problem with the bike, I felt fully supported and would highly recommend his services.
Everyone I talked to was so nice. I needed my 20 year old bike refurbished and at no time did they try to sell me a new one. When I picked it up it looked great and rides like a new one—probably better with newer parts! Highly recommend these pros!!
