Some additional savings or incentives to come in might be nice or useful. While I like the idea of a place for sports fans to get a hair cut, I could get an acceptable haircut at a cheaper location. Since I am not going there to watch the game, I have been there too long if I get to watch the whole game. I am now paying nearly twice what I paid my previous barber since she moved to Fresno. Maybe a monthly or weekly product give away or special pricing (with survey of how they liked the product or not) might offset a higher haircut cost and might lead to a customer willing to purchase the product in the future. Maybe even just a 20% off holiday or special event pricing would bring in a customer more often.
Love the attention to detail. Wish you would have the "cool" towel ALL the time, instead of just in the summer.

I typically go to small barber shops to get my hair cut, and this was my first (and will be my last) time in a while going to a large franchise. While I appreciated the concept of SportsClips, and I definitely enjoyed the TVs and the great customer service (shotout to katelyn, who did a great job!), the cut just wasn't up to par. That being said, my haircut is fairly complicated, and I've only really been satisfied with three shops I've been to. If I had a simpler cut, or was less demanding, SportsClips would be a fantastic option for me.
