The wait time was pretty low around 15 minutes. Haircut was good, prices are reasonable.
The price
When I first started coming to my store, the VIP treatment seemed to last a little longer and/or be more enthusiastic. However, I almost always have a coupon for it, so since I'm not technically paying for it I've never made it a point to say anything. It really stuck me this last time though, so I am mentioning it now. My stylists are always very friendly and I'm really happy with my haircuts.
Brought my 3 1/2 year old son in for a simple trim of a long shaggy surfer type style. Luis butchered and cut off over 3 to 4 inches. He also has a gap in the back. Extremely disappointed!

My haircut was okay this time, I would prefer next time if a female cut my hair because they've been a lot more gentle with my hair and my head

Stylists are not consistent. I ask for the same cut each time and get a different result each time.
