Sales staff are available and not intrusive. They tend to be good listeners, asking good questions to help brainstorm ideas that can work for me. If a salesperson does not know the details about something, they find someone who does. Good products, high quality help, relaxed environment.

We ordered a bike over the phone with WildRock and there was a mixup with the colour of bike built. Tori and the staff went out if their way to correct the situation and get us the bike as quickly as possible. Even added a store credit fir us. Highly recommend this establishment to others.
I had a real positive experience with Wild Rock. I am really interested in trying Fat Biking and love that you guys actually rent these bikes. Had a great talk with Tori and she set me up with a rental. The day I had the rental was great Dwight did an excellent job setting me up. Wanted to use that fat bike on some trails on my property in summer conditions and I will renting again in the snow. I know after my rental in the winter , I most likely will be purchasing my first Fat Bike at Wild Rock. Thanks for the great experience! First name removed
