Recently, a sales rep suggested that I purchase directly from a supplier when wildrock was unable to get a hiking boot in my size. I was appreciative that helping me get the product I wanted was more important than trying to sell me something else.

Your people and your business's values are your primary strengths at Wild Rock. Honestly, it is difficult for me to shop there, given that I'm not a wealthy person, but I try to make judicious value purchases because I also believe that buying quality makes good money sense over buying cheap crap.

My husband got a new bike and it was exactly what he wanted at a great price point (a Norco one that was on sale). I really liked how it was pre-inspected and ready to roll, but the tires were only at 20 PSI and the barrel adjuster had to be used to stop the gears from skipping, so it wasn't actually 100% ready to roll. I do like that we can bring it in for a tune up & cable adjustment in the next year though so we'll do that for sure. However the day of purchase we took it on a 70km ride and it performed really well, he is really happy with it!
