His attention to detail and communication made buying two bikes and equipment very easy. He was patient and very professional yet worked with our family with understanding and friendship. We will be long time customers for future equipment, clothing and service. Rachael was also very helpful and sets a high level of customer service for Wild Rock. She was able to help us size and find a bike for our youngest daughter. The service department has also helped us size and tune up our other two road bikes, and the two bikes we bought for our oldest daughter as well. I was very impressed with the quality of service.
The entire staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. Even when swamped everyone from the owners on down take their time to listen and assist. There is a wide range of products covering many outdoor activities. They think outside the box and helped me obtain a new Trek Domane in much shorter time than the standard way of ordering. Thanks to Kieran, Sean, Calum and others for a great experience.

Every time I've come in the staff always takes the time to make sure that I find the piece that best suites my needs and is up front and not pushy if what you have isn't right for me. All staff is super helpful and friendly. Everything is priced competitively with big box outdoors stores. My only suggestion would be to stock more budget-friendly options, but I understand there's a certain demographic for outdoors enthusiasts
