Personal and knowledgeable help. To be honest, this visit I was impressed and pleased to be served by mature staff a bit closer to my own age. I am not sure this should make a difference but it does, makes me feel less likely to be dismissed or judged by the staff

It was my first time at your store for gear swap and I was so impressed! It was big with lots of stuff and knowledgeable sales staff. Since MEC got bought out I’ve been looking for a new place to be my go to place, and wild Rock Outfitters will be the new one! Especially if you have free shipping as I don’t live in Peterborough.
