When we were chasing a bike for our 11 year old this summer, our order continued to be backlogged. Braden and the rest of the team at Wildrock kept us well informed of changes to the order status and when it was pushed too far, they offered us another bike.

Excellent customer service. I believe it was Jeff that helped me out. I was coming in from Durham region to find ski equipment across country. Durham was all out of supplies. Jeff was excellent and helping me find the whole package and showing me how to maneuver the skis and giving me some helpful tips. Keep up the good work I will come back down to the area for service.
