I got called by Bart(?)a few days ago to remind me that I had put $ down on a bike last summer and then got involved in prepping for winter which precluded bikes. He asked if I still wanted it, and it's too early to think about a new bike, and he also offered me a store credit or refund, which I very much appreciated. Your bargain basement has given me some of my greatest gear. Your staff is all so knowledgeable and helpful without a hint of pressure. Snowshoes just popped into my head, because mine were bought in the '80s and are not in very good shape.
