Friendly attentive service
When I went to pick up my new bike I realized that it wasn't the bike I expected. The bike was ordered in the fall of 2022 so I had been waiting for it for 5 months and I was excited about finally getting it. As it turned out the manufacturer had changed some aspects of the bike and by so doing also removed one of the requirements I needed in the bike - a removable battery as I couldn't bring the bike into a warm area during the winter months. I cancelled the order and was headed home when I received a call from Alex at Wild Rock to say that he had managed to find a bike that fitted my requirements although it was not a current year model. I turned around and headed back to the store where I was shown the bike and had the differences pointed out (the frame was 1 size bigger than originally ordered) but with a couple of adjustments I was fitted for the bike. I was very pleased with the end result

When I rent gear i really like the FULL 24 HOUR rental period. ...so nice to know i have that full day to enjoy and then return next day. Also, gear is in good shape and well maintained.
