When I rent gear i really like the FULL 24 HOUR rental period. ...so nice to know i have that full day to enjoy and then return next day. Also, gear is in good shape and well maintained. 2. In my experience with Kieran on the phone, he was constructive and responsive. He could not be there the next day to fix me up, so he pre-arranged with Brayden to assist me with my skate ski package purchase.
3. Brayden was fantastic - knowledgeable, helpful and taking the initiative.
I have already recommended your shop to at least three people, prior to receiving this survey.
I also liked the number of staff available on the floor to answer questions.

Outstanding customer service from the moment I entered the store. Brayden and the boys made sure I got the right set of skis. No hassles exchanging one pair that didn't work out. Excellent service from Callum in the shop. A free hotwax demo helped me pick out the products I need to look after my new skis.
