Calum/Caleb, oopsy forgot his name. He accomodated me last minute and gave me the straight goods on cost and the issue with my gears. He is very engaging and customer service focused. Once he knew i had purchased my bike from Wildrock, he gave me even better servce which i would expect as a loyal customer, ha!

I came in 30 min before closing needing a coat. Jen was so incredibly helpful and patient. Never making me feel rushed. I tried on every style. I found a beautiful RAD Coat for my trip. Also thank you for the parking at the back.

The also seem to want to be fair, build loyalty and to contribute to their community, both the outdoor adventure and cycling community as well as the Peterborough community at large.
