A good selection of quality products from a local "bricks & mortar" store. Craig did an excellent job answering my questions and provided lots of useful information and suggestions during the purchase process of my new bike. His knowledge of product and attention to detail was refreshing along with his professional follow-up. The opportunity to test ride a variety of bikes was much appreciated and definitely a key factor in the decision process. I often can't find things in my size - there's often nothing smaller than a men's medium.
I sometimes find employees acting like I might shoplift something - following me around, asking more than once or twice if I need help, insisting on "holding on to things" for me. I'm Autistic, and know my behaviour sometimes gets misread. It makes me very nervous, and I try very hard when planning and during my visits to reduce the likelyhood of it happening.

I appreciate the friendly service. The price matching makes your products that much more desirable since competition keeps everybody sharp! I just recently had a product ordered into your store when it was out of stock. That helped me get my equipment ready for spring and saved me time trying to source the product elsewhere.
