I am very happy with the experience we had on Saturday! First of all, we brought all 4 of our young kids with us and not once did I feel like we were a burden or an inconvenience on the sales staff and that itself goes a very long way! We had a budget in mind and it was respected, as well as all of our “new to biking” questions answered without feeling belittled.
