High quality!
You have many products that I was accustomed to seeing at my favourite outfitters shop in Ottawa (I now live in Minden ON). After visiting your website and seeing that you carry many of the same or similar brands, I knew that this was a good place to start. Then, with the exceptional service that I received while at the store, I will definitely return for more.
It's a funny question. I was in the store to buy a bicycle chain on Sunday and was completely ignored by staff for 5 to 10 minutes. Rather than getting upset, I left and went a couple of blocks over to Fontaines Sports. The sales guy actually opened the door and asked if he could help me. He did, and I purchased my chain, $39, than you very much. Ran into some technical problems after the install so I went back to . . . .you guessed it, Fontaine's. Instant mechanical service - above and beyond anyone's reasonable expectation. In the end, they didn't have the part and recommended that I go to Wild Rock (insisted on not charging me for the time too). I did, and honestly had low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised however to be taken straight to John (?) the bike mechanic who in spite of being swamped with other tasks, looked at my bike immediately. I left the store after the bike was "fixed" and, leaving the store, I thought it was. Turns out that what he did was good, etc., but the skipping gears issue is still there. I was totally impressed with John and the entire mechanical team at the Peterborough store. Nice recovery.

Kieran and First name removed were very helpful in reviewing with me the use of the Thule stacker and then happily ordered one for me to pick up at the store. Pick up was easy and helpful.
