WR has a great product selection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. WR also supports a lot of community events which is a way for WR to broaden its appeal. We have purchased many larger items such as bikes and skis from WR in the past. We have found on occasion though that your prices can be a bit high, especially for something like roof racks. Being a bit more competitive would be a help.
Overall, we do really like the store and will continue to support you.

I’d have to say, the staff at Wild Rock are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offer. They offer the pros and cons of all comparable products without trying to up-sell or push towards the bigger ticket items.

Selection of sizes, especially in socks is limited. For example, finding icebreaker socks in medium weight, medium size, men's is difficult. There are piles of large and extra large.
Overall I am a loyal customer, and love the store.
