Funny you should ask, because I was actually going to look up your contact information today and tell somebody there how impressed I was with your service department. First time ever in your store. The guy who met me upstairs just gave me an assurance right away that I was in the right place and they would be happy to look after me. Then the guys downstairs in bike service gave me the feeling that I had a whole team of knowledgeable people making sure my bike job was done right. I had an issue with a local person where I live (not Peterborough) having some difficulty installing my new bike wheels properly. Your guys had it figured out and set up correctly before lunchtime and had called me before I had even left Peterborough. They texted me first and then they phoned me to make sure I had received the message that the job was done. It saved me having to make a second trip. I rode the bike yesterday and everything was excellent. I'm looking at a few other upgrades to my gearing components and possibly a move to Di2 once outdoor riding season is over and now I know I'll be bringing the bike to Wild Rock. Great job!
